2018 FICC Conference for Shareholder’s Rep Congress, Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors Held
On February 1st, 2018, the conference of Fushun Int’l Construction and Economic Cooperation (Group) Co., Ltd. was held for 2018 Shareholder’s Representative Congress, the Seventh Session of the Third Board of Directors and the Sixth Session of the Third Board of Supervisors. Presided over by Mr. He Wenhong, managing director, who has been trusted by Mr.Zheng Changhai, Chairman of the Board of Directors, by the manner of show of hands, it listened to, examined and adopted the following Reports and Work Arrangement:

V. 2018 Work Report and Work Arrangement for the Board of Supervisors;

The conference summarized the works of the past year, and set up 2018 business plan index, tasks goals and as well pointed out the direction for 2018 FICC business works.
